We have a minimum company labour charge of £189.00 + VAT, which covers attendance at your property and up to one hour on site. During this time, our engineers will aim to fault find, rectify, and repair the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the fault cannot be resolved within the initial visit, we will provide a clear quotation for any further remedial work required. Please note that congestion charges and parking costs are not included and may be added to the final invoice where applicable.
