I had Primelectrics handle some electrical work for me last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The engineer who came to my home , I believe his name was Saeed , arrived right on time and was very professional.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave helpful advice, and completed the work correctly and as quickly as possible. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

I’m really glad I chose this company, and I wanted to leave this review to recommend them to others as well.
I would definitely use their services again.

I can’t speak highly enough of Primelectrics — from start to finish they delivered a truly outstanding experience. From the first inquiry, their communication was prompt, clear, and professional, making it easy to schedule the job without any hassle.
When the team arrived, they were polite, punctual, and extremely respectful of my home. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship — every task was completed meticulously and to the highest standard. They walked me through what they were doing, explained options clearly, and always checked I was happy with the progress.
The quality of work was top-notch, and they didn’t cut corners. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who not only gets the job done efficiently but also takes the time to ensure everything is safe, tidy, and neatly finished.
Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always respectful of my questions — no jargon, just clear and helpful advice. Their customer service genuinely felt like they cared about the end result and my satisfaction as a homeowner.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Primelectrics to anyone needing electrical work done — whether it’s a small repair or a major installation. Their professionalism, reliability, and quality of service set them apart. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

It’s rare to find professionals who care about customers interest. I had EICR smoothly because Malhaz has been very helpful. He guided me on the mandatory and recommended settings. Thanks to him, I saved time and money
