Emergency Call Out Booking Form

Timeframe of Service

For electrical faults that require prompt attention but are not an immediate emergency, such as intermittent power issues, ongoing tripping or partial loss of circuits, we aim to attend within 24–48 hours. These call outs are prioritised accordingly and scheduled at the earliest availability.

A member of our team will contact you by telephone or email to confirm attendance and advise further.

Within this time, our electrician will carry out fault finding and aim to make safe, rectify, or restore normal operation where possible. If the issue cannot be resolved within the initial hour, we will provide a quotation for any further remedial works required. The initial charge will still apply.
